The “jelly roll” refers to a small bulge of muscle that can appear beneath the eyes when squinting or smiling. This is caused by the overactivity of the orbicularis oculi muscle. TOX injections gently relax this muscle, helping to smooth the under-eye area and reduce the bulge for a refreshed, more youthful appearance.
